Question: Can a bonsai tree die? if it does will it come back?

I want to have a bonsai tree in my house, and i dont know much about them is there a type of bonsai i can keep in my house at all times, and if so will it die eventually?

Jeez, I just answered your other bonsai question. Yes a tropical bonsai can and should be kept in the house all year, but a bonsai like a maple or juniper needs a dormant period in a cold environment like an unheated garage. Of course they will die eventually and no - dead is not a reversible situation.

Bonsai are no different than full sized trees, they need to be kept outside. Bonsai is the art of keeping plants in miniature, many different trees/ bushes are used for bonsai so I suppose some are more suitable for indoors than others.

Dead is dead. Once something is dead there is no resurrecting it. Plants are no different. Bonsai trees are not house plants. They are regular trees that need to be outdoors.

There are some Bonsai trees that are more suited for indoor use and will be sold as such. Generally they are normal trees which have been trained as Bonsai. The best example I can give you is a Beech tree. You can buy beech and plant them as a hedge and trim them to size. However if you plant them in the open and let them grow they will become large trees. In Bonsai you are training them to grow in a pot, Bonsai literally means tree in a pot. A beech can be trained as a Bonsai very successfully but not kept indoors all the time. So therefore buy wisely.
